Hello, and welcome
I’m Sarah, a writer, designer, organic grower, artist, and advocate for finding calm and creativity in everyday life. Everything I offer here has grown from years of creative work, each part shaped with purpose.
My journey has taken me across many creative landscapes, from crafting meaningful brand identities to writing about mental health and mindfulness, from tending vegetables on my Derbyshire allotment to creating vibrant art and meditative rituals through Positive Mental Artitude®.
For a long time, I thought I had to choose one path. But I’ve learned that the real magic lies in the blend and this space is where it all comes together.
My creative projects

Evoke Visual
Evoke Visual is where I pour my love for design and visual storytelling. I offer branding, design, illustration, and social media content that feels intentional and aligned, for small to medium-sized businesses. Whether it’s a logo that actually feels like you, or a mindful content strategy that doesn’t burn you out, I believe design should support your business and wellbeing, not drain it.

Digging the Earth
Digging the Earth is my blog and growing journal, a space where I share the ups and downs of allotment life, seasonal food, and the powerful connection between nature and mental health. What began as a personal way to cope with grief has grown into a gentle, encouraging space for anyone who needs it. As an extension of the blog, I also write a regular column for The Derbyshire Times, continuing the conversation around growing, healing, and finding calm outdoors.

Positive Mental Artitude®
Positive Mental Artitude® is my creative wellbeing platform designed to help you live more mindfully, intentionally, and beautifully. Rooted in neuroscience, sensory awareness, and soulful creativity, it offers a gentle space to reconnect with yourself through art, rituals, and your surroundings.
I am partway through my IPHM, CPD and CMA Acc. Neuroscience Coach training, which is something that brings a deeper layer of insight to everything I do. I’m excited to combine evidence-based brain science with the creative, nature-inspired practices that already underpin so much of my work. Allowing me to support people and businesses not just visually, but emotionally and cognitively too.
All of this is held here under the umbrella of Where Creativity Grows, because that’s exactly what this is: a space to grow things. Whether you’re here to find a designer, follow my allotment journey, buy some art, or just have a quiet read, you’re very welcome.
Please follow the links to each project via the menu, or WhatsApp me at 01773 424429.
Thanks for being here.
